“After driving halfway across the US to begin the separation from my husband, I was in the most difficult of places. Knowing I needed help, but knowing a traditional therapist couldn’t continue on with me once I headed back home, I happened to stumble on Pam’s blog. After reading much of her writings, I knew I had to work with her, and I will never be more grateful that I did. With tremendous help on her part and a lot of work on my part, I am at such a place of peace and acceptance that I could not have even dreamed possible when we started talking. I would highly recommend her coaching services as they certainly changed my life!” C.B. Texas
“Separation and divorce are amongst life’s most difficult challenges. It is a period of transition fraught with sadness, fear, and anger; negative emotions that can lead to all kinds of irrational, catastrophic thoughts. And this can result in poor choices and decisions which do not enhance the likelihood of peaceful resolution and longer-term serenity. By having a coach like Pam, you will have a ‘game plan.’ This plan is holistic in its approach. Pam will help you identify functional goals congruent with your core values, or “Best Self.” By sticking to the plan, you will take the necessary steps to deal with practical issues (e,g. legal/financial) and taking care of your personal well-being (mental/emotional state, relationships etc.). Like any good coach, Pam will review and update your plan, and hold you accountable. She’s patient and a good listener. I highly recommend Pam for anyone who’s feeling a little disjointed as they try and navigate through separation and divorce.” – G.R.
“After almost a year of going to Pam’s divorce and separation meetups, I felt confident enough to push for separation and seek legal actions in the first stage of my divorce. My first step was hiring Pam to help guide me and connect me with the right people. Without her, I highly doubt I would have been able to do this. I was able to keep weekly goals, push for resolutions and keep my mental and physical health on track. Don’t go to a lawyer first. Pam is your first step in a divorce and separation situation even if you think you might be able to save your marriage like I did or think it might go straight to lawyers. She helps keep things in calm, clear, perspective understanding the emotional difficulties of her clients.” – A.S.
I am very grateful to her for all her hard work and would highly recommend Pam Mirehouse to any individual who requires assistance with his or her matrimonial matters.
“I used Pam to help me through my divorce. She was an amazing professional very well educated, kind hearted and very helpful. I went in with the unknown and came out so much better with a different view on how I’m going to let divorce affect me. I am in a wonderful place in the house and I have Pam to thank.” – M.S.
“Just had another great coaching session with Pam Mirehouse. Thanks, Pam! Contact Pam for separation and divorce or life coaching. Highly recommend her.”- L.M.

What is coaching?
Here is my favourite description of how coaching works.
Coaching is like driving in a car and looking out the front windshield. The view out the windshield is your future. What direction you choose and speed you move are your choice.
A coach is a companion and a navigator, sitting in your passenger seat, who can help you get where you want to go. The coach can make the ride quicker, more comfortable and enjoyable.
What you see in your rear view mirror is your past. What you have packed into your trunk is your baggage, issues that were created in your past. You may even be dragging a trailer full of issues. Therapists and counselors can help with your history.
In summary, coaches deal with where you would like to go and the best route to get you to your desired destination. Counselors deal with where you have been already and the baggage you have accumulated which may be slowing your journey down.
In hindsight, I wish I had known everything would be okay when I was going through my breakup. I can assure you; you will be okay! It is a little like a roller coaster ride with big ups and downs, but the ride will smooth out over time. You are the only person that controls just how wonderful your life can become!
How my coaching works
Once the form below has been completed and submitted I will contact you to set up your complimentary, 30-minute strategy session at a mutually convenient time. We will connect for coaching initially by phone, FaceTime or Skype.
I will explain how my program works. If you find the initial session helpful and we are a good fit then we can begin the journey together.
If you want more guidance, I also offer a 10-week group support program I call Blue Skies Ahead!, where we discuss a set topic each week to help you rebuild your life after your love relationship ends.
