Education:

I am a CDC Certified Divorce Coach®.
I am a graduate of HealthCoachTraining® Program.
I hold a BSc Honours Biology from Queen’s University.
Work Experience:
My passion is working with women that are experiencing the end of a long term marriage. Separation and divorce, are listed as the second and third most stress filled events that can happen in your life time. I am fully certified as a CDC Certified Divorce Coach® and I am an active member in the CDC Certified Divorce Coach community. I also am fully trained as a Health and Wellness Coach. This dovetails well with Divorce Coaching as health is often negatively affected by the stress involved in the divorce process.
My most recent day job was as an administrator in a financial office so I understand finances and can help get your financial information organized for professional help during divorce.
I have done many other things during my career. When I first graduated, with my BSc., I worked full-time at Queen’s University as a Biology lab instructor. A career in medical research followed in several different Departments at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. I travelled to New Zealand and held a research position at the National Woman’s Hospital. I have owned my own professional organizing business, Simple Organizing Solutions. My business led to consulting work as a trainer in lean manufacturing. All of this has given me great insights to life and what is important to people.
Coaching energizes me. Teaming up with clients to clarify goals, remove blocks, and help create momentum in a positive direction is a true pleasure.
It would be an honour to work with you!
